While this question might not be directly about GitButler, I know GitButler uses Tauri, so I’m reaching out here for any advice or insights you might have.

I'm working on implementing a file/folder watcher for my project, and I'm looking for advice and best practices to achieve the following functionalities:

1. Start and Stop Control: I need to be able to start and stop watching specific folders from the frontend interface.

2. Concurrent Monitoring: I need to create and manage multiple watchers to monitor different files and folders simultaneously.

3. Ignore List: I would like to include functionality for specifying files or folders to exclude from monitoring to reduce unnecessary notifications.

Could you provide insights on the best approach or point me to relevant resources or patterns within the Tauri framework to achieve these features? Your guidance on where to start and how to implement these capabilities would be greatly appreciated.
