场景描述：
后端使用 itext 将 HTML 模板导出成 A4 尺寸大小的 PDF，HTML 模板中设置图片的尺寸是 210mm x 297mm，目的是让图片占满整个 A4 纸

问题描述：
导出 PDF 使用插件预览的时候，使用浏览器查看，图片的高度是 507.93px，但是图片所在页面的高度是 510.73px，图片的宽高是继承父标签的 100%
