[BUG] - Missing Option to Remove Uploaded Artist Image in Art Carousel Entry #705

Description
Users can upload an "Artist Image" when creating an Art Carousel Entry, but there is no option to remove it after uploading.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create an Art Carousel Entry
Upload Artist Image
Notice that there is no way to remove uploaded Artist Image

Acceptence Criteria
Image removal process should be the same as for Arts images.

A "Remove" icon button should be displayed next to the uploaded Artist Image.
Clicking the "Remove" button should delete the uploaded Artist Image.
The removed image should no longer be stored in the database.
Prevent any errors when removing an image that does not exist.
