This page documents the list of services that need to be updated for new committers / maintainers.
- Access to GitHub repositories is managed via signac-developers team
- Slack, invitation link
- Gitter
- Google Calendar (also in iCal format)
- Update GitHub team access
- Add to rotating project managers script.
- Update rotations on calendar
- Give write access to calendar
- Update website info
- Add to Box folder (note: need to check on how to provide access outside University of Michigan)
Any committer can be on the rotation list for the community manager role.
- Twitter account access: @signacdata
- Update GitHub team access
- Add to PyPI, TestPyPI, conda-forge project maintainers
- Add to Gitter admins
- Add to ReadTheDocs admins
- Update website info
- NumFOCUS mailing lists
- Google Analytics for docs and signac.io
- Update package citation information (the CITATION.cff in the project root).
- Change Slack account type to "Workspace Owner"
- Update MCommunity email groups (must be done by University of Michigan)
