Describe the bug

alt+b on local machine - I get the "new command" window of that plugin
alt+b on ssh session - terminator freezes entirely

To Reproduce

ssh to a machine.

press alt+b

I wanted to go back a word (alt+b is default keybinding in bash for "go back a word") when I found that out.... the binding is probably way too common to be default

Expected behavior

Not crash.

Not be bound to standard readline library binding.

Ability to unbind a key from UI (maybe I am doing something wrong but I haven't found a way other than editing config

Also, on the server I sshed to the fc -n -l -1 -1 > /tmp/term_cmd; #bookmark last cmd was added to last command I ran

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Debian, Terminator version 2.1.4
