[Feature request] gopls silent auto-update

gopls is updated frequently, which causes the a new version of gopls is available prompt to appear quite frequently as well. This is distracting while working.

I'm sure I'm not the only who always chooses yes, and wished that this update process could happen in the background without my intervention.

From looking at past issues I understand that auto-update will not work for everybody, but it would be great if I could enable silent auto-update via configuration.
