double code lens when "test" set in gopls section of settings.json

in settings.json,
"codelenses": {
"test": true, // will show the codelenses twice
},
makes the 'run test | debug test' codelens show up twice before each Test function.

removing the "test": true line and restarting goes back to having a single 'run test | debug test' codelens before Test functions

The current recommendation is not to enable gopls codelenses.
