Java Port Licensing

I've ported this implementation to java and added support for teams. I've linked this repo in the code for attribution, is there anything else I'd be required to do license wise?

For now it's being used to compare against Elo accuracy in an online game, but it might replace Elo there in the future.

I've created a rewrite in .NET (with a couple additions) and would like to know, too, how the license should be handled. I want to give credit, but I also don't want to make it seem like the original author is responsible for bugs that I introduced :)
