I am mostly the only one reviewing issues and PRs in this Repo.
This is partly my fault, as I did not actively look out for maintainers.
The original vision of gql-dart was to be community-driven.
And there have been valuable contributions from the community! However, the maintenance work should be more community-driven.
I noticed this, especially for issues regarding WebSocket links, which I neither use nor wrote the original implementation for. I am not the best person to review issues and PRs regarding these links. Also, I do have a full-time job and maintenance of both ferry and all the gql-dart packages proved to be quite a lot in addition to that :).
So, this is a call for more maintainers.
I am open to discussions on how this could be implemented, but I think it makes sense for new maintainers to take responsibility for specific packages, like gql-websocket-link.
Also, help for better documentation, reviewing open issues, and improvements to the CI/publishing system or mono repo management (retiring multipack and moving to melos?) is welcome.
I someone is interested, please reach out to me by commenting here or on discord.
For clarification: I do not plan to step down as maintainer.
