Improve Social Media and SEO metadata for the Community Site pages

The layouts are not ideal when looking for pages in Google, or when sharing them on Social media. It would be great to improve that, so that the community members can easily find what they're looking for. It can be done via very simple patches like this one: #99

How-To

• Choose a page. You can check opengraph and metadata, e.g. by using site checkers or DMing the link to yourself on Slack
• Submit a patch similar to Improve social media metadata for the "Contributing to Documentation" pages #99
• Bonus points: Refactor and improve the text while around

Scope

All pages, you can submit patches incrementally. You can also submit similar patches to the imported repositories. In such a case, make sure to reference this issue and Hacktoberfest
