Machine rebooting multiple times while setting CF locally with vagrant

Hi ,

I am setting cloud foundry locally with vagrant using these softwares:
Ruby 2.0 Vagrant 1.2.7
Git 1.8.3
VirtualBox 4.0.8

Hardware configuration of my machine are:
RAM =4GB (3.16GB usable)
OS = Windows 7 (32 bit )

As we know on "vagrant up" a Ubuntu(64 bit) VM with 2GB RAM will be created from the Vagrantfile.
But due to this my system is rebooting many times and performance is also getting affected.

Please provide your suggestion and understanding to solve this problem. Also mention proper hardware requirements for setting CF with vagrant.
