While running the source citation update script I encountered the following error:

/home/ubuntu/.rbenv/versions/3.0.3/lib/ruby/3.0.0/net/http.rb:987:in `initialize': Failed to open TCP connection to stage-solr.asco.org:443 (execution expired) (Net::OpenTimeout)
