That's odd. I just re-downloaded the tarball and tried it with no problems.
Did you modify the flashme.sh file? If not, I'd suggest re-downloading the tarball and trying again. If you did modify it, you'll need to remove the flashme.sh line in hash.md5.
I just flashed Nano with latest version. Everything else worked other than my SPI LoRa shield so I'm wondering if this script is working properly or not :( Must try the previous version of your script once more !!!
