Files are currently required to be saved and have a permanent path in the file system before being previewed with Tothom. One who starts a markdown file and tries to preview it with Tothom before saving the file to a path will experience the following runtime error:

Command 'Tothom: Markdown Preview' resulted in an error (A system error occurred (ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'Untitled-1'))
