ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Hi, I installed the last version on my localhost easyphp properly. No errors occured. The homepage comes properly. But when I click on the menu items, it turns a blank page with the warning of
"This site is unreachable
127.0.0.1 refused to connect.
Try the following:
Check your connection
Check proxy and firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"
What should I do to overcome this issue?
