The apparent reason was posted here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/pushshift/comments/ugtz37/camas_redditsearch_has_been_disabled_by_github/i72zyv8/

Hopefully it can be restored. In the mean time, I have a mirror of the original site available here: https://camas.unddit.com/

Aha! And yeah, I stumbled upon that mirror and then this repo linked at the bottom of the site, and I didn't notice the r/PushShift repo. Anyway, I also posted on Twatter to suggest for GitHub to look into restoring the repository. https://twitter.com/JasonKhanlarWho/status/1522620834657013761 (and I'm still waiting for Twitter to unban my 3 previous accounts lol)

That's why I have my own GIT server, very easy to setup today with common Linux distributions. Even an USB stick can be a "server" just clone it from there (it must be initialized with git init --bare e:/repos/myproject.git: git clone e:/repos/myproject.git and you can push/merge/pull as usual.
