Using skater for analysis #95

After the model is returned, we need some interesting graphics and such for interpreting the model. Skater is a library which Anubhav initially suggested that gives you nice graphs on model interpretability:

I think @Doppe1g4nger was going to work on this after finishing data cleaning?

Yes I've been looking into skater. It provides several good tools for explaining overall model decision making processes and why models make decisions for individual samples. I should be able to get to work on it some time late next week.

Awesome, maybe this can be the meat and potatoes of our post-model-creation analysis (ie., an "Analysis" class or whatever we end up having)
