We'd like to improve our SEO for CIVIC, so that people can find both the CIVIC Platform, and things within CIVIC through search engines. This issue has been separated from #17

This is a large issue, likely involving many smaller improvements, which would include things such as:

  • Meta tags
  • Semantic HTML
  • Robots file
  • Optimizing for Twitter / Facebook
