Note: due to coordination required with Hack Oregon infrastructure team, this issue should only be tackled by a Hack Oregon team member

What

Implement lighthousebot to report automated Lighthouse performance score reporting for pull requests.

This only needs to be implemented to report scores for the 2018 deployment environment, which powers civicplatform.org

Why

In order to improve our Lighthouse scores, we need to continuously measure our performance.

How

I've completed Step 1 of the installation instructions for lighthousebot

For the remaining steps:

  • Coordinate with infrastructure team about staging environment for PRs for 2018 package.
  • Follow remaining steps of instructions

Not time sensitive, but ASAP
