Maling List # is broken

Hi.

Wanted to # for updates via Mailing List, but got an error, when redirected from
https://hanamirb.org/mailing-list/ to https://hanamirb.us3.list-manage.com/subscribe/post

I got the same thing today when I followed the link on https://github.com/hanami/hanami and went to #. I did notice in #597 the mailing list link is removed from the community page. So, I'm guessing the mailing list is not being used currently but might return at some point? Not sure. @timriley thoughts?

@scifisamurai yep, this is exactly the current situation :)

We hope we can reboot the mailing list sometime this year. We'll make sure we announce it widely when that time comes!

In the meantime, I'll use your nudge here (thank you!) to make sure we don't leave any traces of the old list that might lead users to error pages or similar.
