Motivation

How to get the proper mochi_latent std and mean? Why hunyuan times 0.476986? Does the latent need to be processed when using other models? If so, how to process the latent？

Those are hyperparameters specified by the model creator of Mochi and Hunyuan. You can find those numbers in their official repository.
