Missing Show instance for Constraints #339

It seems that the Constraints data type (http://hackage.haskell.org/package/hmatrix-glpk-0.19.0.0/docs/Numeric-LinearProgramming.html#t:Constraints) does not have a Show instance although this could be derived automatically. Please add this derivation.
