In trade history export, add completion date column

Trade history export now only includes trade open dates. For long running trades this means entries can pop up in past days as the trade is completed, which can be problematic if you are periodically exporting history for set date ranges. To address this, a second date - trade closing date - can be added to history in addition to current trade open date.
