https://bell-sw.com/blog/bellsoft-releases-liberica-jdk-21-for-risc-v-with-support/
https://bell-sw.com/pages/downloads/?os=linux&architecture=riscv&package=jdk

Liberica Standard JDK is already available on RISC-V, but not the Full JDK / JRE with JavaFX which is needed for the GUI.

When there's a Java Runtime Environment with JavaFX and an external Tor daemon to connect to, it "should" work.

The only other JDK with RISC-V support listed is Eclipse Temurin.

Do Temurin binaries ship with some form of JavaFX?

You need to download JavaFX from the Gluon Website

https://gluonhq.com/products/javafx/
Gluon doesn't have RISC-V yet.

An alternative is to use haveno-daemon and haveno-cli, and do everything from the command line.
That needs thorough testing and some fixing up, e.g. everything still refers to BTC instead of XMR.

$ ./haveno-cli --password "" getxmrprice
Error: 'getxmrprice' is not a supported method
$ ./haveno-cli --password "" getbtcprice --currency-code=USD
