style-tags needs to know the value of the layout variable

Just got stuck with the layout styles not applying, I found the solution so thought I'd share if others were having difficulty

On the example here:

{% include 'style-tags' %}
{% include 'script-tags', layout: 'theme' %}

Because the include tag is deprecated, I changed this to use the render tags, which prevent access to the value of layout, so, you also have to pass the value to style-tags:

{% render 'style-tags', layout: 'theme' %}
{% render 'script-tags', layout: 'theme' %}
