Minor debug config issue

I think there is a minor issue with the launch.json for the debug (see attached console output), could be related to
"--format-options" ,
"{"snippetInterface": "async-await"}",

Hi @dave-amato , thank you for your feedback.

I see that you are on a Windows machine, and for sure there is a problem with the quoting characters.
I will check on a Windows machine this week to find the right syntax ( a syntax that is cross platform)
