As in title. It makes this ClockResolution useless.
f.e. : current timestamp : 1384790675624

1384790675624 * 1000 = 1384790675624000

next createClock method will do : 1384790675624000 * 10000 + 0x01B21DD213814000L and it's upward of 9223372036854775807.
