Add:

#[serde(deny_unknown_fields)]

To all structs that implement deserialize. For example:

#[derive(Deserialize, Serialize, Debug)]
#[serde(deny_unknown_fields)]
struct PersonV2 {
    name: String,
    updated_at: DateTime<Utc>
}
