重现步骤

权限组配置“执行SQL上线工单（仅自己提交的）”，提交工单后会出现403页面，并且无法查看自己提交的工单内容与进度，如果增加 “执行SQL上线工单（资源组颗粒度）”则能够正常查看已经提交的工单。也能查看到此资源组所有人提交的工单内容，并且具有执行SQL工单权限

预期外的结果

1-权限组
2-用户所属权限组
3-提交SQL无查看权限
