The current data format is optimized to match the format needed by recharts. It is however not ideal for storing as it creates rather large files. To optimize:

  • remove pretty-printing / indentation from the files
  • save information as arrays rather than objects
  • transform data in the frontend so they can still be used by the plots
  • possibly share data between per country and per variant pages
