Just wanted to track this issue somewhere. Mewsfeed kangaroo build seems to quickly consume 100% CPU. I don't see the issue when running the mewsfeed happ headless (at least not for 1-2 hours until it hits some bug in holochain).

The issue has been seen on mac & linux.

I assume that in headless mode, there aren't any zome calls made, just pure gossip? That may also have an effect, in case mewsfeed makes frequent polling for example.

Hm right, good point. Looks like webkitgtk is the biggest cpu user. I'll try to investigate further.
