The problem

Error is thrown in log (with warning level tho):

error while reading discover results: Error in path (parsing) -> header parsing expected 8497 but parsed 31507

Don't know the reason/cause, as it's the only info in log within +/- 2 hours.

Please report this to the upstream, as it's not an issue with the homeassistant integration. As you didn't mention the device, could this be something that got fixed by rytilahti/python-miio#1075 ?
