option to log errors before going to honeybadger

Id like to see errors that would go to honeybadger in my logs. This is because I have my rate limits set low to prevent billing blow outs. This would allow me to atleast see the errors that didnt make it to honeybadger.

Thanks for the suggestion! We'll take a look at adding this option after we address some other improvements.

One option would be to emit a telemetry event that people could subscribe to if they wanted to capture that data.
