Literally named Unknown Fan Adventure: [S] Investigate on the wiki. That doesn't appear to be the actual name of the fanventure—a google search for "Unknown Fan Adventure" only comes up with us.

If the flash can be found, please re-record/export and replace this upload.

We do have a thumbnail to work with, prsumably a custom crop for the wiki. And @recordcrash may remember details. Otherwise, that's it. Good luck!
