Regression?

Probably not a regression / I don't remember it happening before

Description

I'm trying to implement mouse scroll zoom with binds, but when I trigger the bind by scrolling over an application window, like firefox, the bind gets executed correctly, but the browser page scrolls as well.

How to reproduce

  1. Defined a bind using mouse scroll like that:
binde = $mainMod, mouse_down, exec, hyprctl keyword cursor:zoom_factor $(hyprctl getoption cursor:zoom_factor | awk '/^float.*/ {print $2 + 0.5}')
binde = $mainMod, mouse_up, exec, hyprctl keyword cursor:zoom_factor $(hyprctl getoption cursor:zoom_factor | awk '/^float.*/ {print $2 - 0.5}')
  1. Press super and scroll inside a window e.g. firefox

expected result

everything is zoomed, nothing is scrolled

actual result

everything is zoomed, firefox window is scrolled
