Description

While playing rocket league, i noticed that they're some problems with cursor. Started debugging and looks like cursor registers properly if the game window is opened in the current workspace but if i change workspace and go back to the workspace with the game, cursor breaks, it gets sluggish and laggy as showed in the video.
Nvidia gpu, hardware cursors disabled. (although with hw cursors, same thing happens)

How to reproduce

1. Open rocket league
2. Wait for it to launch
3. Move cursor around to see how it should look like
4. Change workspace and go back to the workspace with the game
5. See laggy cursor
