Add a new type parameter to BSplineSpace which represents the type of the knot vector.
Replace UniformBSplineSpace{T} with BSplineSpace{T, UniformKnotVector{T}}.
Remove AbstractBSplineSpace
Remove AbstractBSplineManifold and AbstractRationalBSplineManifold
