What matters to me is legal (and moral) compliance with the GPL license and everything it involves, not just individual aspects of it. If you have evidence that someone infringes copyright, then please provide evidence in a factual manner, and refrain from making allegations out of revenge. The same applies to alexvane of course, but at least his allegations have been proven correct last time, which adds some credibility.

And I am immensely proud to be part of the stockfish.

You are not part of Stockfish. At least in my opinion you are part of a project by contributing to it, not by exploiting it. You made the conscious decision to sell your own modifications instead of contributing to Makruk-Stockfish. That you finally hesitantly published (some of) your source code after being asked to is nothing noble, it is just a mere acknowledgement of the license. If you started being compliant with the license since the initial discussion last year, that is great, but that should normally be taken for granted.

Actually this is not possible. Once you give a GPL licensed work to anyone else, it can no longer be considered private, because the person obtaining it gets all the rights to redistribute it, and non-disclosure agreements are not permitted. The only way to keep GPL licensed work private is to keep it for yourself and yourself alone.

Thanks who is send case to you I don't know him maybe he lost some customer that why he angry for RedghostZ so, If both of them show picture and show skill of Makruk together maybe good Idea for the publish. Let him come here and show his idea about Makruk and software that he thinks good. I think only one program are competition with Redghostz it is program from Andriod version so let him show code too. Why he angry people it not his code if he need to learn Makruk come to speak with us directly if just friend games spirit sport. Not play hide and seek game on Makruk it so funny that guy doesn't know much about Makruk but give the words to destroy some good editor and programmer likes both of you.
