Reason

Sometimes the desorption rate of hydrogen isotopes is modeled as a function of the surface (mobile) concentration squared, where the constant is a strong function of temperature (Arrhenius).

flux = KCm^2

Design

Create a BC that can handle plasma loading BC, or provide documentation for user on how to set this up with existing capabilities.

Impact

Increase capability for Diatomic desorption BC
