Hi @idelbrid, congrats on this work, it looks fantastic. I'm currently trying to implement it for my masters thesis.
I'm working on a Windows machine however, and am finding that PyKeOps might not be compatible yet with it.
I think it's to due to an underlying package called "fcntl", which is only for Mac/Linux?
getkeops/keops#43
I'll try some workarounds, but let me know if you have any tips.
Thought it might be useful for others also.

Update: workaround has been to use Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) 2.0 to create a Linux environment on my Windows machine. Hope it helps.
