Add current assigment description to pulldowns for making assignments

At #165, we're adding:

The rows in the pulldown should also list current assignments with something like:
Currently assigned draft-foo-06, 86 pages
It's worth considering whether it would be worth the noise to also add any attached document labels for the assigned documents.
