Visualizing a Ring Chromosome with IGV

Hi everyone,

I am currently working on a project involving a ring chromosome and was wondering if it is possible to visualize such a structure using IGV (Integrative Genomics Viewer).

Has anyone successfully identified or visualized a ring chromosome in IGV? If so, could you share the steps or any specific settings required to detect such an event? Any advice on the type of sequencing data and preprocessing needed would also be greatly appreciated.
