Thankyou and your team for making such a wonderful and useful plugin. Please forgive me if i am asking this question at the wrong place. I am new to GitHub.
My workflow involves morphological image segmentation of budding yeast using your plugin. After that, I use analyze regions to get circularity values. Is there way to click on a particular label in the morphometry report that then redirects to corresponding label in the segmented-image. Since my image has hundreds of cells, its sometime difficult to find a particular label just by eye.
Thanks for your time

Hi,
Thank you for your support!
Don't worry, you're at the right place for asking feature request. In case you have general question about the use of MorphoLibJ or ImageJ in general, you can also have a look at the image.sc forum.
About your question, there is (to my knowledge) currently no way to link the results Table to the display of the label.
I agree this would be useful, and this is a very relevant suggestion. I have however no idea on how to implement it...
One workaround I sometimes use: I use the coordinates of the centroid to locate the cell (or the region) in the image. Hope this helps!
