Generate RAW config file and traffic data

Hi! Thanks for your amazing project. I've got issue about RAW configuration file.

1. Is the RAW configuration file in folder /OptimalRawGroup/ created manually? So, we must define the content/value of the RAW configuration file that will be used in our project? Or, it is created automatically by running script file? Because, I found two files (Optimal-RAW-algorithm-fixedraw.sh and RAWGenerate.sh) in your project. I'm little confused, what is the purpose of those files?
2. How to created a data-traffic file (like in folder /OptimalRawGroup/traffic/data-XX-XX.txt) for another simulation (i.e. NumSta=100)? Because this data-traffic used in "configuration.h" too. Is that data traffic file also created manually (we define the value by ourself) or it is created automatically (by running the script,etc)?
3. To run simulation with another parameter value, did we just call the parameter value in command line? Or we must change the parameter value in "configuration.h" file and recompile it again to run the simulation with the new parameter?
