Missing images on imgix dashboard

Hi, We have a problem with our website.

We signed the package properly and have an account but there are images which are missing on the dashboard but we have all images in the folder which we setup.

The plugin is active.
Question: how we send all images or rebuild new images to imgix dashboard, I can't find this anywhere.

We have about 30k images In the folder, but on the dashboard, there are about 9364 images

Please advise the next step.
