Consider this a tracking issue for all PRs that need to be backported to a particular branch.

• Fix lints reported by clippy 0.1.57 #1041 (backport in Fix clippy 0.1.57 lints (backport to 0.23.x) #1042)
• Tendermint: Added unix_timestamp and unix_timestamp_nanos method in Time struct. #1176
