Problem with addTrack or addTransceiver #22

When using addTrack the join room won't be able to receive ontrack event when reused an existing transceiver and not adding a new track.

But when using addTransceiver with existing transceiver is using recvonly it will trigger renegotiation loop because the sender is nil.
