[Bug] - A user is not logged out if the session is no longer valid

On previous version, the configuration UI executes a logout of the user in case its session is not valid anymore (e.g. which also occurs after a restart of the configuration server). In the current version this behavior is not present and does not work. The user remains logged in and errors are displayed that the user is not authenticated.
