According to #8 (comment) and to my tests, it seems that Windows certificate doesn't validate server certificate when installing profile.

Once inverse-inc/packetfence#3432 is fixed, there is no reason to have this behavior: we should validate server certificate because we are able to provision CA certificate that signed server certificate.
