How to use FileStore API?

This question goes along the same lines as ipfs/kubo#9971 and #53. If it's not implemented, I can try to do so.

I believe this belongs to https://github.com/ipfs/kubo/tree/master/client/rpc, as the interface ended up being Kubo-specific.

Making RPC client compatible with more endpoints from https://docs.ipfs.tech/reference/kubo/rpc/ is a significant amount of work, my vote would be to wait for users to request specific endpoints first after ipfs/kubo#9124 is done and we have only one client to maintain.
